If you have an iOS device, you can download the early version of the Mosey app!

Click on the link below to install TestFlight (Apple's testing platform). Then, follow the instructions to download the Mosey app. Don't worry, it's very simple and only takes a few seconds!  Please make sure your iOS version is 16.1 or up before downloading Mosey.

Here's what you need to do to start testing:

Once you have the Mosey app installed on your iOS device, please follow these steps:

1. Create a Mosey account (you will need to provide your email address and a few details about your child).
2. Encourage your child to explore the various categories and choose a book they’d like to read.
3. The book will “open” – you should see a green line underneath the first word.
4. Click on the ‘Hey Mosey, listen to me read’ button to activate the voice recognition.
5. Approve the use of the microphone (you will only need to do this the first time you use the app).
6. As your child reads aloud the text will be highlighted.
7. Your child can “long press” and select the “say” option to hear the pronunciation of any word, which is especially useful when they come across tricky or unfamiliar words.
8. If your child wants to take a break, click on ‘Hey Mosey, stop listening’ to stop the voice recognition.
9. To resume reading aloud at a new location, “long press” the word they would like to start at and choose ‘start here’. Then click on the ‘Hey Mosey, listen to me read’ button to activate the voice recognition.
10. When you’re finished, click on the X in the corner to exit the book.
